There is a known problem with the Outlook E-Mail server not accepting emails from our domain of This is happening for the following domains:,, and
To fix this please follow the instructions below:

Within Outlook email:

  1. Open the Tools menu, and choose Options.
  2. Choose Junk Mail, then Safe Senders.
  3. Click on Add button
  4. Type in
  5. Click on the Apply button

Accessing your email in a web browser:

  1. Log onto your microsoft account, and open up your email (inbox) to view your email.
  2. Click on the settings wheel that is in the upper right corner next to your name.
  3. Choose "Options".
  4. In the column on the far left, find "Mail", then "Junk Mail", then "Safe Senders"
  5. Click on "Safe Senders"
  6. Add the following to the "Sender or domain to mark as safe:" box:
  7. Click on the + sign at the end of the text box to add to the safe senders (big) box.
  8. Click on "Save" above the Safe Senders page title.
  9. To return to your inbox, click on "" in the blue bar at the top of the screen.
